At Aventrixes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund policy below.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items are non-returnable and considered final sale. These include perishable goods such as food or flowers, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids, gift cards, downloadable or digital products, personalized or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged, and items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@aventrixes.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Approved returns should be shipped to the return address provided in the authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in original condition. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, including PayPal, within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent. To request an exchange, please email clear photos of the issue along with your order number to support@aventrixes.com.
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please check your payment account again and contact your payment provider, as posting times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you.
