Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery address, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or during special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your order. Aventrixes is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

International Orders and Customs

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be assessed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing delays are outside our control and may affect delivery times.
