All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Aventrixes is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authorities. Aventrixes has no control over customs procedures, and delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our responsibility.
